Head of People
We are looking for a hands-on HR & People leader with solid track record in talent acquisition, performance management, development and retention in high-growth multinational startups.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for defining and leading the HR & People strategy across the global organization
- As part of the leadership team and a strategic business partner to turn the company into one of the best places to work for
- Attract, hire and retain the best talent across all markets the company operates in
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define OKRs and measure performance regularly to support the overall company objectives and growth
- Advocate for our core values and define cornerstones of our culture
- Deliver compelling new employee onboarding experience and drive employee engagement
- Drive learning & development and support our team members through their career progression in the company
- Build, inspire, and grow a high-performing team comprised of both direct and virtual team members
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor-level degree in HRM or Business, and MBA is a plus
- 10+ years of progressive experience across all HR & People disciplines, particularly in talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, retention, employee engagement and employer branding
- Creative, strategic, flexible and dynamic HR & People leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting the job done
- Strong ability to define global HR & People strategy while managing a high-performing team and driving exceptional execution with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Works well in a fast-paced environment and can handle pressure when faced with time, budget or resource constraints
- World-class presentation and communication skills, able to liaise effectively with partners, colleagues and external agencies at all levels
- Able to work in a multicultural matrix organization, show initiative and forge strong relationships both internally and externally
- Fluent in English and Mandarin. Additional languages would be an advantage
