About the job

We're searching for a Marketing and operation Coordinator who possesses a deep grasp of music and the Web 3.0 landscape, along with an administration and content operation background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate engaging marketing content, encompassing copywriting, rudimentary video editing, and basic visual design.
  • Optimize customer support content by creating educational copywriting, visuals, and videos.
  • Handle user inquiries.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure effective collaboration and monitor their performance.
  • Assist in executing result-oriented marketing campaigns and overseeing project workflows.
  • Facilitate seamless interdepartmental communication within the organization.
  • Assist in content translation and proofreading.
  • Convey market insights and user feedback to pertinent cross-functional teams.
  • Remain updated on emerging trends within digital technology and the music sector.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable proficiency in Chinese or English digital marketing copywriting (e.g., crafting social media content, composing email newsletters, etc.).
  • Familiarity with video editing and visual design softwares or SaaS. A portfolio of video/design works is a plus.
  • Willingness to adapt to flexible hours to facilitate collaboration across various time zones.
  • Active user of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Discord, and YouTube.
  • Thorough understanding of Web 3.0 terminologies and global music trends.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese.
