Growth & Insights Manager (Hybrid Work)

  • Understand our users and their behavior through data mining and analysis.
  • Identify and measure success of product efforts through goal setting, forecasting, prioritizing and monitoring of key product metrics to understand trends.
  • Help stakeholders in the organization to make data-informed decisions and democratize data by building analytics dashboards.
  • Spearhead impactful product-led growth initiatives and experiments.
  • Apply analytical skills to complex quantitative problems, presenting and driving actions from insights both reactively and proactively.
  • Define, understand, and test opportunities and levers to improve the product, and drive roadmaps through insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing and cross-functional teams to inform, influence, support, and execute product strategy and investment decisions.

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in managing large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical approaches in driving growth, preferable in consumer facing mobile applications.
  • Equip with empathy for our users, openness to feedback and great passion to build a world-class product.
  • Enthusiasm to build successful data-driven products and organization. Aspire to be the leader of a new data/growth team down the road.
  • Be intellectually curious yet comfortable with ambiguity, a great communicator, data-driven, a fast learner, and able to move fast while keeping focused on high-impact projects.
  • Expertise in growth tactics like AARRR, segmentation, and experiments design with a solid statistical proof.
  • Strong experience in SQL and at least one data visualization tool
  • Enjoy getting your hands dirty and exploring the data.
